In-stock Purchase Policy
Customer can purchase in-stock items from us. You are charged in full amount at time of purchase. Prices do not include shipping cost unless otherwise noted on the product page. Shipping fee to your designated destination, will be calculated when the item is ready to be shipped out. Payment for the shipping cost have to be made before we ship out the item.
ALL ORDERS ARE NON-TRANSFERRABLE
Once you have made payment, you will receive confirmation emails from Healthcare Essentials:
1st email: Invoice detailing your order
2nd email: Invoice detailing that your payment has been successful
Your order is only consider secured once you have received the 2nd email.
When your item is ready to be shipped, for customer who opt for Deposit Option, you will receive a notification email along with the invoices for your remaining balance & shipping cost. For customer who opt for Full Payment Option, you will receive a notification email along with the invoices for the shipping cost.
All orders are shipped within 72 hours Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.(Singapore Time) For local customers, regular mail usually will reach you within 2 – 3 business days.

We will update your order with the tracking number information as all the shipping method we use all comes with full tracking.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the volumetric weight of your products and your location. At the final checkout page you will not be shown what the cost of shipping will be as actual rates can only be determine when production has completed. You may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to find out more on the estimated shipping rate we have and decide after if you wish to place your order or not.
